Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about the structure and flow of data in digital solutions, in particular having a keen eye for detail with web based solutions and understanding the different user roles/needs.
You should have experience communicating complex data and information through user interfaces.You'll be working within a squad of Data experts, Developers and R&D, as well as the broader team of consultants, to bring to life a suite of tools that will transform the way our clients manage their strategic data assets.
Inspire and Lead:
Set the vision for UX/UI and lead the design of innovative data products that solve real problems.
Collaborate and Strategise:
Work closely with diverse teams to align design strategies with business goals, creating products that are both technically feasible and deeply engaging.
Manage the end-to-end design process, from prototyping to user testing, always iterating based on feedback to perfect the user experience.
Present your ideas effectively and inspire your team and stakeholders by showcasing the power of design to solve complex challenges.
User-Centric Design:
Promote and integrate user-centered design principles within Anmut, ensuring designs prioritize end-user needs.
Experienced and Skilled:
You have at least 6 years of UX/UI design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise in creating complex web-based experiences.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficient in design tools (Figma and knowledgeable about front-end development technologies to ensure design feasibility.
Research-Oriented:
Skilled in various user research methodologies, you make data-driven decisions and iterate on design solutions based on user feedback.
Visionary:
With excellent visual and interaction design skills, you set high standards for design and relentlessly pursue excellence.
Communicator:
You articulate design concepts clearly and engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
