    We have a variety of Band 5 Acute Registered Nurse opportunities across the Trust.

    Join Croydon Hospital as a Newly Qualified Nurse and you will be enrolled onto our preceptorship programme which helps to support the first 12 months of your career.

    ? You will carry out all relevant forms of care under supervision and when proficient demonstrate procedures of care supervise junior qualified and / or unqualified staff including student nurses whilst maintaining a safe working environment.

    Your nursing career - your choice

    The post holder will provide a high standard of nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating programmes of patient care.

    To work closely with the department / ward manager and multi-disciplinary team members in monitoring and maintaining policies, standards of nursing care, staff and service development within the department / ward environment.

    Acute Medical Unit
    Fast paced acute unit made up of 46 beds, 14 of which are monitored.

    ~ General medical
    Cardiology and respiratory

    General medical ward
    Gastroenterology, Diabetes & Renal

    Surgical ward
    Trauma and orthopaedics

    Same Day Emergency Care
    Hours of working 08:30 - 21:00 (no nights)
