- Drive Sales to ensure monthly and quarterly targets are achieved in your territory.
- Take ownership of the client engagement and sales process, effectively converting inbound and outbound leads and proactively building the sales pipeline for France.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline for your territory, utilizing CRM tools and data analysis to identify trends, forecast accurately, and make data-driven decisions to drive growth.
- Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders to facilitate long-term business growth and expansion.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to adapt sales strategies accordingly and identify new opportunities.
- Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience in a high-growth, SAAS sales team within an enterprise software company with an understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
- Experience working very closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams
- Experience of working in a fast-growth tech start-up (desirable)
- Strong empathy for customers AND a passion for revenue and growth
- Knowledge of the Short Term Rental (STR) and Hospitality markets is desirable but not mandatory
- French language skills are mandatory for this role as is fluency in English
