    As a Coach at NIKE
    - Utilize your expertise in delivering exceptional consumer service to provide consumers with a premium brand experience
    - Lead, coach, and motivate employees in your department to create an outstanding work environment
    - Manage daily operations in your department to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall shopping experience
    - Identify and address areas for improvement based on consumer feedback
    - Serve as a brand ambassador for NIKE's initiatives and ensure store compliance with all company standards
    - Collaborate with business partners locally and at headquarters

    Specifically, our store is seeking a Consumer Experience Coach to undertake the following responsibilities:

    CONSUMER EXPERIENCE COACH Responsibilities
    - Lead by example in delivering exceptional sales floor service and enhancing the consumer journey
    - Ensure the team is well-versed in brand knowledge related to consumer service, including digital services
    - Complete specific training and share insights with athlete services
    - Use data and analytics to provide insights and collaborate on improvements with senior store leadership

    Your Qualifications
    - A passion for NIKE and/or sports
    - Some background in retail or leadership roles
    - Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
    - Experience in delivering exceptional consumer service
    - Ability to coach and develop a strong team
    - Strong communication skills
    - Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends
