    About the role:

    If you're a dynamic problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and adept at handling venues, vendors, budgets, and buildings, then Fever is looking for you!

    We are in search of an experienced, passionate, and critical-thinking Venue & Facilities Lead to ensure the delivery of high-quality experiences. This role demands flexibility, creativity, attention to detail, and meeting deadlines within budget constraints.

    What You'll Do:

    • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to provide venue options
    • Conduct due diligence on buildings
    • Source suitable venues that align with concepts and designs
    • Negotiate fees and lease agreements with venue owners
    • Obtain necessary permits and coordinate logistics
    • Ensure operational standards across projects
    • Develop playbooks and trackers
    • Oversee venue return to original condition post-project
    • Represent Fever at events

    Preferred Qualifications:

    If you have experience in property negotiations, facilities management, or live event production, possess great networking skills, and excel in communication and problem-solving, this role is for you.
