    Job Summary

    We supply diagnostic reagent products to blood transfusion services and hospitals in the UK, EU, and wider customer base, delivering around 300,000 product bottles annually. As a subject matter expert in this role, you'll lead service and product development initiatives, overseeing various change programs related to standardization, innovation, new technology, and enhanced performance. Our goal is to align with evolving regulations while enhancing patient care, product quality, and cost-effectiveness. You'll be a key team member driving projects in our specialized reagents departments and diagnostic laboratories, managing various development lifecycles from inception to monitoring post-implementation, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project delivery with autonomy and support.

    Main Duties of the Job

    • Act as a subject matter expert in Pathology, focusing initially on Reagents.
    • Lead and execute change programs for standardization, innovation, technology adoption, and performance enhancement.
    • Provide expert advice on system, process, and equipment standards, supporting procurement processes.
    • Be the primary point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining quality standards within a designated area.
    • Stay updated on practices, regulations, and requirements in Pathology and in-vitro diagnostics.
    • Have in-depth knowledge of diagnostic processes and deputize as necessary.
