    MultiPass is a key player within the Dyninno group, a global conglomerate operating across travel, finance, entertainment, and technology sectors in 50+ countries.

    Job Title: Head of Business Development EU

    Location: London, Riga, Moldova (Flexible location with travel requirements)

    Role Description: As the Head of Business Development for Europe, your main goal is to steer the growth of financial solutions across European markets. Leveraging your industry expertise and network, you will drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and client relationships.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Create and implement a holistic business development strategy to expand market share and attract new clients in Europe.
    • Identify target markets and opportunities for growth, considering market dynamics and competition.
    • Manage end-to-end business development activities, from market analysis to deal closure.
    • Collaborate with various teams to ensure business objectives alignment and successful project execution.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to adjust the business strategy accordingly.
    • Provide regular updates and insights on business development performance to senior management.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
    • Demonstrated success in business development within the Fintech industry, particularly in European markets.
    • Deep knowledge of Fintech and Banking landscape, including digital banking and financial technology trends.
    • Extensive network within the European financial services industry.
    • Proven ability to develop strategic plans, drive revenue growth, and achieve business objectives.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
    • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities.
    • Results-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
