    About the Role

    A remarkable opportunity awaits an adept Head of Commercial Finance to engage in a 12-month fixed-term commitment, steering the strategic course of the UK operations. Reporting directly to the European CFO, this position entails spearheading the central commercial finance team. By mentoring and enhancing the capabilities of a team of four, the chosen candidate will oversee a proficient department that actively drives the precise and punctual preparation of budgets, forecasts, and specialized analyses for the UK segment. They will provide support to the schools, ensuring that data remains pivotal in commercial decision-making across the organization. As such, this role demands exceptional managerial prowess, the knack for influencing diverse stakeholders in the company, and a willingness to delve into specifics to implement financial strategies that resonate with the company's commercial goals.

    The ideal candidate will showcase a solid grasp of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, complemented by the ability to transform financial data into actionable insights for various teams.
