    Manage and oversee the entire recruitment cycle for early career roles
    Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier graduates
    Build strong relationships with universities and other educational institutions
    Work with management to identify future hiring needs
    Monitor and report on recruitment metrics
    Utilise Workday recruitment modules for efficient process management
    Collaborate with the human resources department on other projects as needed
    The ideal Early Careers Recruitment Manager should have:

    Proven experience in recruitment, specifically in early careers or campus recruitment - evidenced by a minimum of 5 annual cycles
    Demonstrable experience of working within regulated Investment Management or Technology sectors
    Strong knowledge of Workday recruitment modules
    Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
    Strong organisational and project management skills
    Degree in human resources, business, or related field
