- Taking a user need or pain point and working with your squad to figure out what the solution might be
- Coordinating across complex internal and external dependencies to go from idea to successful implementation
- Collaborating with teams across Chip to gather requirements, align plans, unblock development, and communicate changes with our customers
- Prioritising and breaking down the backlog while making sure that features get delivered quickly and efficiently with impact
- Tracking and monitoring your features' performance and functionality after launch
- Work closely with your senior PM and your cross-functional team to help deliver upon your product roadmap
- Communicate with your teams to continuously improve how you work together, making sure everyone is productive, happy and efficient
- You have experience in working with digital first products in fast-growing companies
- You understand how investments work, and ideally have worked in this area (bonus points if in the FinTech/Product space)
- You're confident and able to take ownership of product development
- You're passionate about building the best possible user experience, and you monitor your metrics to see whether you're delivering
- You're comfortable working in a technical team that deals with ambiguity and highly complex problems every day
- You are a problem solver who can critically think through problems and logically assess and quantify solutions
- You have excellent communication skills and you can build long-lasting relationships with your stakeholders across functions and communicate problems and solutions at all levels

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our Investments product area as we revolutionise a digital first approach to wealth building.
We need someone who understands what our customers need and will act as their champion within Chip.
What we're doing isn't easy. We need someone who can look at complicated infrastructure, and cutting-edge technology and find ways to make it simple, better, and more human.
We need a problem solver. A doer. Someone who can make things simple and clear, who's not afraid to take ownership of challenges facing our product, find solutions, and communicate comfortably and clearly with every level of the business.
We know the solutions won't always be simple, but you should be able to explain them in a simple way.
We want someone who will join our team improving Chip's investments product, steer it with the customer in mind and not accept anything less than the very best.
NB. This is an Junior to Associate level role, so we won't be accepting applications of anyone above this level at this time.
What you can expect to be doing:
Alongside the support of a Senior Product Manager, you'll execute upon the product roadmap and help scale the functionality and experience of our Investments product. In other words, you'll be:
