    Salary: £40,000 - £60, % Bonus

    Location: Hybrid working with 2-3 days in our London office (flexible based on requirements)

    The Role

    As a 3rd Line Network Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing customer enterprise networking environments. Your expertise will be pivotal as a senior escalation point, ensuring the smooth operation and resolution of network issues.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Collaborate with project teams to design and implement cutting-edge technology solutions.

    Manage and troubleshoot customer network environments, acting as a senior escalation point within Enterprise networks and security.

    Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in the networking sector.

    Skills and Experience Required

    3-10 years of networking experience, with a strong background in supporting campus LAN environments. WLAN experience is a plus.

    Ideally, you hold a CCNA or CCNP certification and are eager to further develop your skillset.

    Experience with Cisco technologies (FirePOWER, DNAC, ISE, ACI, SD-Access, and Umbrella) is advantageous, though solid enterprise network experience is essential.

    Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical customers alike.
