CUSTOMER INSIGHT MANAGER (CX) UP TO £60,000, BONUS, HYBRID WORKING WEST LONDON BASED We're working with one of the UK's leading airlines for a Customer Insight Manager position within their insights function.
This is a great opportunity to work across both quantitative and qualitative projects to help inform business and brand strategy.
Coming off one of their strongest financial years ever, this is a great time to join the organisation and work across a mixture of exciting projects THE ROLE:The Customer Insight Manager will have the following responsibilities:Deliver insights to senior stakeholdersWork across both quant and qual research projectsUsing research and insight to help inform overall business and brand strategyCollaborate with the wider teams in the business to support with business insightsSupport with ad-hoc projectsMentor junior members of the teamManage internal and external stakeholder relationships, including agencies
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The ideal Customer Insight Manager will have:Knowledgeable with quant and qual methodologiesGreat communication skillsComfortable presenting to senior stakeholdersBeing able to tell a story using dataExperience managing projects from end to endExperience with CX projects is advantageous but not essential
