    What will you be doing?

    You will join the Partnerships team, collaborating closely with a key client to provide valuable insights tailored to solve their business challenges. As an Insight Manager, autonomy and problem-solving skills are paramount. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a history of leveraging innovative insights to fuel client growth, supported by strong organizational and interpersonal skills to deliver top-tier service.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Coordinate, execute, analyze, and present insights from various client projects, providing influential recommendations, actions, and uncovering new opportunities.
    • Act as a business consultant to drive client engagement and Circana adoption across all functions through effective strategies.
    • Build robust relationships with external and internal stakeholders, collaborating with other Circana teams for a seamless client experience.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for client issues, advocating for client needs within Circana.
    • Maintain updated business performance metrics and ensure accurate financial reporting.
    • Travel to the client's office in Chiswick and Circana's main office in Bracknell.

    Requirements

    • Experience in applying market measurement data, including shopper insights. Ability to convey complex technical information in a clear, impactful manner.
    • Effective team player with proven remote and onsite client collaboration skills across diverse teams.
    • Strong networking skills internally and externally, adept at project management and stakeholder expectation management.
    • Proactively manage client relationships, driving satisfaction improvements and providing consultative support across all levels.
    • Display effective communication and interpersonal skills, adapting communication methods, maintaining a professional presence, and understanding various viewpoints.
    • Commercially savvy with an understanding of contractual obligations, financial reporting, and business planning input.

    Location

    This role involves travel to the client's Chiswick office (once a week) and Circana's Bracknell headquarters (roughly once a month).
