    Job Description

    We are looking for an Insight Manager to join a top-tier team at Axis, a key entity within the CPM group, dedicated to delivering valuable insights to our clients and assisting us in boosting ROI and making well-informed decisions.

    The selected candidate will oversee the Samsung TVAV Insight team, which comprises up to three direct reports (Insight Analysts). The role involves providing high-quality, insightful, and innovative data, reports, and insights for the Samsung TV AV field force and training teams.

    Ideal Location: Thame, United Kingdom

    Salary: £47,250 per year

    In this role, you will:

    • Recruit, train, and develop direct reports to ensure they are fully prepared for their responsibilities, including an Analyst stationed at the Samsung offices in Chertsey.
    • Ensure timely fulfillment of all Samsung reporting requirements to the appropriate recipients.
    • Determine and execute the Samsung Insight strategy, overseeing workload and resource planning. Support the Client Service Team by analyzing data to identify commercial opportunities, best practices, threats, etc., and recommend actionable steps.
    • Build relationships with key stakeholders within CPM and Samsung, including our Axis Insight and Reporting Team.
    • Effectively communicate requirements to meet client needs promptly.
    • Establish and enhance systems to measure goal achievement.
    • Adopt a positive and adaptable approach to business transitions and guide your team through these changes.

    Essential Experience:

    • 3 years in an analytical role
    • Team management and motivation experience
    • Solid grasp of statistical concepts like trend and regression analysis
    • Proficiency in SQL, Power BI
    • Ability to merge analytics with business acumen to derive actionable insights
    • Outstanding planning and organizational capabilities
    • Proficiency in various IT tools like Word, Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, Office 365, and general digital skills
    • Strong communication skills for stakeholder management up to a senior level
    • Resilience and drive for continuous improvement in a dynamic environment
