    Description

    We are hiring for the position of Registered Manager (Children Residential Services) at our organization.

    Company: Response Personnel, an independently owned recruitment company with expertise in the field since 1997.

    About the Role:

    • Salary: £45,000 - £50,000, depending on experience
    • Hours: 40 per week
    • Location: Luton
    • We are seeking a Registered Manager with prior experience working with Children with EBD. The home caters to Children / Young People between specific age groups.
    • You will be part of a team dedicated to offering young individuals with emotional and behavioral challenges a supportive environment.
    • As a Children Home Registered Manager, your role entails ensuring the children have a positive childhood experience that shapes their adulthood.

    Responsibilities: Registered Manager

    • Manage the Residential Home operations in compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and the home's Purpose Statement.
    • Create a development plan for high-quality service delivery.
    • Support staff to deliver exceptional care standards.
    • Assess children's needs, create placement plans, and oversee casework.
    • Contribute to staff training programs for optimal service delivery.

    All applicants will undergo Safer Recruitment and DBS checks.

    Essential Criteria: Registered Manager

    • NVQ level 5 in leadership and management (or equivalent)
    • Minimum 3 years experience as a Registered Manager in a Children's Home
    • Deep understanding of regulations and legislation governing Children's Homes
    • Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities
    • Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
    • Valid UK Driving licence
