    Telephone Account Manager

    Location: Homebased

    Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 + £7,500 OTE

    The Role

    To manage a designated account base day to day and to achieve activity, growth and retention targets. To achieve these targets through identifying sales opportunities, delivering excellent service and proving value to maximise the retention of existing advertising spend.

    What you'll be doing

    · Proactively contacting a high-volume, existing account base to establish, build and maintain relationships via phone & video

    · Understand client needs, identify growth opportunities, present and close with a relevant and bespoke solution

    · Interpret and explain customers performance data using internal tools to add value and demonstrate ROI

    · Achievement of weekly KPI's and performance metrics relevant to business requirements. telephone meetings, quarterly contact rate, revenue and retention

    · Deliver new Rightmove initiatives and business campaigns to customers

    · Identify and conduct relevant product and service training with customers to support the relationship

    · Be the point of contact to answer customer queries, resolve problems and provide solutions

    · Recording information in relevant databases and ensure CRM's are kept up to date

    · Liaise with internal teams to build internal relationships and deliver the best outcomes for customers

    · Regular sharing of learnings to colleagues and key stakeholders internally to enhance service and product offering

    · Prep and plan your customer base, weekly priorities, retention strategies and growth opportunities

    · Forecast and track client account metrics

    What else do you need to know?

    Flexible/Hybrid working:

    Rightmove are People, and whilst this role is predominantly a remote, home working role, we do like to get together face to face once or twice a month to share best practise, upskill ourselves and attend ongoing training at either our Milton Keynes or London office to ensure we're maximising opportunities to deliver and develop and of course, create a high-performing team through Trust and great team work
