We are looking for a passionate and practical individual who is energized by the potential of growth guided by spirituality within a faith environment. Our local development team plays a crucial role in our efforts to rejuvenate Quakerism and bolster Quaker communities.
As a local development professional, you will assist Quaker communities in becoming more inclusive, welcoming, and catering to all age groups. Your areas of support will encompass worship, community engagement, organizational management, social initiatives, collaboration within the broader community, and outreach activities. Your responsibilities will span providing guidance, facilitating events, offering project assistance, and delivering training sessions. You will collaborate with other members of the Quakers in Britain and Woodbrooke to deliver resources and opportunities tailored to the specific needs of local Quaker groups.
