- Understanding of change management methodologies and their practical application on programmes/projects and in the workplace generally.
- Experience of designing and implementing changes to process, people and technology based initiatives, including the ability to assess complex technical and process information to identify business impacts.
- Prosci or equivalent change management qualification.
- PRINCE2 or equivalent project management qualification or demonstrable project delivery experience.
- Strong communication, engagement, influence and persuasion skills, both orally and in writing, with an ability to convey complex information to business users in an uncomplicated way.
- Experience of assessing complex data as an aid to solving business problems, and presenting options papers that weigh up risks and opportunities.
- To possess a growth mindset and be able to encourage this within others.
- Experience of working within a matrix managed programme delivery environment.

Are you experienced in Change Management including producing the full range of change management deliverables and managing change for programmes and projects of high complexity?

A complex and interconnected portfolio of programmes and projects is underway necessitating high quality, coordinated delivery by AQA's Business change hubs in order to accomplish the anticipated return on investment and enable our people to thrive in the process.
One of our team has secured a role with the Project Management Team which shows that we are serious about developing your career and means that we need you to join the team which is currently made up of 2 coordinators, 2 Change Analysts (including you) and 4 Change Leads
