As the IT Business Change Analyst, you will be responsible for determining and implementing future requirements through the analysis and review of systems and processes.You will be required to work in a cross functional team, and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to address and resolve project requirements (including managing issues, conflicts and competing demands).
You will lead the detailed design and requirements phases for small to medium projects identifying where improvements and efficiencies can be gained and driving forward the requirements from business cases to implementation and post project review.
You need to be flexible, committed and friendly. You will enjoy understanding clinical and operational processes. You will be able to meet deadlines effectively and manage your own workload.
