    Job summary

    Were looking for an ITU Senior Staff Nurse to join our state-of-the-art ITU Unit at The Wellington Hospital, the UKs largest private hospital and currently rated Good by the CQC. Not only is The Wellington Hospital the largest private hospital in the UK, but were also home to the UKs largest private critical care unit fully equipped with the latest technology to provide specialist care to level 2 and 3 patients.     Main duties of the job

    As an ITU Senior Staff Nurse youll have the opportunity to act as a deputy to the sister/charge nurse. Well look to you to ensure all their needs are met by effectively communicating with your patient, their families and your wider team. Its a great opportunity to develop your skills and work across an extremely diverse and acute patient caseload covering a range of specialities, including GI, Neuro & Spinal giving you the flexibility to specialise in a specific area or keep your work varied and your skills challenged. Whats more, with our nurse-to-patient ratio frequently at 1:1 or 1:2 youll have more time to do what you do best: deliver exceptional care.
