    Description
    Exciting Development Opportunity for an SEO Specialist in Finance

    • Showcase your extensive Finance expertise and top-notch organizational and interpersonal skills in a dynamic environment that encompasses Change and Finance functional areas.
    • Play a vital role in assisting the Finance Design & Implementation Lead with Finance process convergence, as well as the design, testing, and deployment of the innovative Synergy ERP system and BPS services.


    • **Support the delivery of the program plan and drive process optimization initiatives to realize transformation opportunities.
    • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to design and implement program deliverables, including working closely with technical teams, delivery teams, and strategic partners.
    • Advocate the 'Adopt not Adapt' Cloud adoption concept to challenge conventional working methods and achieve transformation goals.
    • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and colleagues to effectively influence positive outcomes and solutions.


    Essential Criteria:
  • Extensive experience in various Finance function areas such as Purchase to Pay, Business Intelligence Reporting, and Financial Accounting.
  • Proven ability to gather and utilize information to make informed decisions on complex issues.
  • Experience in engaging with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced change environment to drive results.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in managing competing demands in a fast-paced environment to meet challenging deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Cloud ERP market and system capabilities.
  • Background in agile delivery and change management.
  • Experience in large-scale projects and programs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365, SharePoint, and MS Teams at an intermediate level.
  • Vast expertise in finance with a focus on significant experience.

Location:

Applicants should select positions within a reasonable daily commute from their home office location. The role is UK-based and does not permit overseas work. Relocation expenses are not covered.
