    Job Title: HR Consultant (Recruitment)

    Calling all experienced HR Consultants with a focus on Recruitment! Our client is on the lookout for a skilled professional to join their team. As the HR Consultant, you will be responsible for proactively attracting, sourcing, and recruiting Children's Social Workers and related positions. You'll need to get creative and utilize various approaches and tools to ensure we bring in the best talent for these crucial roles.

    • This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to corporate talent acquisition efforts while also tackling challenging recruitment needs.

    This is a hybrid position that involves occasional in-office work, typically once a week. The standard workweek consists of 37 hours, Monday to Friday.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Demonstrate a solid understanding of modern resourcing techniques and utilize direct sourcing platforms, social media, and other tools effectively.
    • Previous experience in recruiting across various sectors, especially handling high-priority talent searches.
    • Conduct research and analyze complex data to identify ways to enhance recruitment services.
    • Contribute to HR policy development and implementation.
    • Create engaging vacancy advertisements and campaigns, focusing on virtual and social media platforms.
    • Lead and execute projects with efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Provide top-notch service to a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior management.
