    Team Support Administrator - Telecoms Commercial Team

    An opportunity has become available for a Team Support within the Commercial Team of National Grid Telecoms based in Castle Donington.

    You'll be results driven, to ensure our National Grid Telecoms teams receive excellent support and our customers receive excellent customer service.

    As part of our hybrid working approach this role offers a mix of office and home working. Hybrid working can only be considered once your initial training is complete and subject to business need.

    You will need English and Maths GCSE Grade C/Level 4 or above OR Functional Skills Level 2 or above to apply.

    Progression to a higher salary may be available after 12 months, subject to meeting specified knowledge, skills and competencies.

    Respond to customer enquiries, both verbally and in writing from Telecoms Commercial Customers.
    Operate and maintain the National Grid Telecoms Sales mailbox system.
    Administer Communications site access and supervision database.
    Provide administration and support to the National Grid Telecoms Commercial team, and to other Telecoms team as required.

    The Ideal CandidateYou must be able to communicate effectively both verbally, and in writing, with customers and other team members and must be able to represent the company positively at all times.

    Possession of basic keyboard skills is desirable and full training will be given on the applications used.
