    We are one of the UK's leading providers of language trainers to companies and government departments and work with a large network of language trainers across multiple languages and locations.

    We are looking for a Course Manager to act as a key point of contact for course administrative queries, performing all administrative tasks involved in course management and accurate processing of course administration data.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Managing and improving administration and logistics for smooth, efficient and fuss-free course delivery to a range of clients in a variety of sectors
    • Maintaining course delivery within budget allocated for client
    • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients, learners, and teachers
    • Assessing learner objectives, and logistical needs and matching them to the most suitable teachers
    • Creating and maintaining records of courses on internal systems; using this data to report to stakeholders on investment, course progress and student feedback
    • Collaborating with the Head of Team to attend regular client review meetings to ensure client satisfaction and excellent delivery of service
    • Being involved in project work, including (but not limited to) product development and teacher recruitment

    Key Skills and Competencies:

    • Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
    • Strong Excel skills and very comfortable with technology
    • Able to prioritise tasks effectively
    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
    • Strong data entry and verification skills

    Experience in an administrative role would be a distinct advantage. Willingness to work hard, an aptitude for learning and solution/ result orientation will determine success in the role.

    This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week in office in central London, and 2-3 days per week from home (usually alternating on a fortnightly pattern). The role may require occasional travel to meet clients.

    Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30 AM- 5.30 PM

    Holidays: 20 days + Bank Holidays, rising to 22 days after 1 year in role and 25 days after 3 years

    Salary: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
