Business Analyst in the London Market for Commercial Insurance

As a Business Analyst, you'll collaborate closely with the Product Management team, taking the lead in crafting innovative proposals tailored for commercial underwriters.

Responsibilities:

Create business analysis requirements and configuration specifications for both new and existing features.
Analyze and propose solutions for intricate functionalities in commercial insurance software.
Establish strong partnerships with clients in the London market insurance sector.
Design system processes to introduce new functionalities.
Share key insights and market trends with the product team.
Identify areas for enhancement to deliver greater value to customers.
Enhance your skills and knowledge of the London insurance market by learning from industry experts and collaborating with diverse clients.

Requirements and Skills:

5 to 10 years of experience in Business/Systems Analysis, with a preference for a background in the insurance sector, specifically in Property & Casualty, Marine, or Non-life insurance.
In-depth knowledge of insurance operations within Lloyd's of London or specialty insurance.
Comprehensive skills in full lifecycle business/systems analysis.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities.
Experience in mentoring and leading teams.
