    Receptionist/Administrator - Investment BankingSalary: £32,000 - £37,000, commensurate with experience, plus comprehensive benefitsLocation: London, West EndHours: Full-time, permanent, office-based role, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 6:30 pmImmediate Start

    Role Description:
    My client is seeking a confident and professional Receptionist/Administrator with exceptional organisational and client service skills.

    As the first point of contact, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a seamless and efficient office operation.


    Key Responsibilities include:

    Manage the reception desk and provide a warm welcome to guestsJointly mange the reception and office management inboxOversee the Post Room and Tea point areasHandle incoming calls, messages, and enquiries promptly and accuratelyCoordinate travel arrangements and book taxis as neededSchedule meetings and maintain the meeting room calendarEnsure meeting rooms are set up to meet host requirements and are presentableManage office supplies and process payment requestsAssist with adhoc projects and support office closure proceduresWork collaboratively with the facilities and support teamSupport with further administrative tasks as required Requirements:Previous experience in a similar corporate reception role within financial, professional, or legal servicesStrong attention to detail and excellent communication skillsGood working knowledge of the MS Office Suite, particularly Outlook Ability to build rapport with clients and put them at easeProven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a teamIf you possess the requisite skills and experience for this role, we encourage you to apply today for consideration.
