    Join a dynamic team as a 1st & 2nd Line Engineer Exciting projects, client support, and tech training

    Absolute Recruit are excited to be supporting a local IT Managed Service provider in their search for a 1st & 2nd Line Support Engineer. They are an established IT Managed Service Provider located in Welwyn Garden City/Stevenage, serving clients across various sectors but focusing mainly on small to mid-market clients users). Their core focus is providing exceptional IT solutions to their clients, ensuring smooth operations and innovative solutions.

    The 1st & 2nd Line Support Engineer will be joining a dynamic team with lots on This means you will be given the opportunity to dip into projects as well as the usual BAU Support to clients over the phone and on-site.

    1st & 2nd Line Support Engineer responsibilities include the following:

    • Comprehensive support for Windows Server OS's, Office 365, Active Directory (including Azure AD), and Hyper-V environments.
    • Supporting both project-based work and ongoing support for our diverse client base.
    • Travel to client sites located along the A1(m) corridor for onsite support as and when necessary.

    Technical experience in the following areas:

    • 1st & 2nd Line Support experience, ideally with infrastructure experience i.e. Server or Network exposure.
    • Experience in supporting Windows Server OS's, Office 365, Active Directory (including Azure AD), and Hyper-V.
    • Very good, clear communication skills and ability to interact effectively with clients.
    • Travel to client sites as required (mileage at 45p/mile)

    Benefits:

    • Salary: £32,000 per annum (DOE)
    • Mileage at 45p/mile along with a Comprehensive benefits package.
    • Work from home policy: 2 days a week in the office.
