    Description

    The purpose of this role is to assist, support and deputise for the Team Manger in the delivery of a high quality security service.

    The team is customer service driven and you will be responsible for monitoring the customer service delivery and incident report writing to provide guidance for the Control Room Operators.

    The Deputy Team Manager will ensure that the Control Room business systems are maintained to high standards in order to comply with legislation such as the Data Protection Act and deliver optimal operational efficiency.

    As an ideal candidate you will have experience of working with relevant specialised control room equipment, including CCTV recorders, communications equipment, security software and procedures.

    You will know how to work as part of a team to deliver a high quality of customer service.

    Due to the varied nature of the job you will be a problem solver who can recognise quality issues and provide workable solutions.

    Good communication skills are an essential quality for this role. You will be familiar with the use of Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word and Excel.

    You will have a flexible approach to work and be able to balance your time effectively to manage several tasks at once.

    You hold a current/ valid UK manual driving licence
