    About the Role

    Leads cross-functional teams in delivering agile-based project outcomes and expedites the team's efforts to accelerate the delivery of business value by upholding Scrum methodologies and processes.

    Facilitates both internal and external communication, resolves obstacles, and acts as the liaison between various product owners, managers, and team members.

    Through effective communication, guides the project team through the Scrum process encompassing Release Planning, Sprint Planning for multiple product owners, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives in a dynamic environment with competing priorities.

    Sets a benchmark for Agile practices based on the designated principles and ensures their consistent application within the team.

    Your Role

    • Facilitates the Scrum process, including Stand-up meetings, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Enhances internal and external communication, enhancing transparency and information flow.
    • Manages day-to-day Agile progress, driving decisions through collaboration. Ensures successful collaboration and adaptation to project and cultural changes.
    • Builds a solid understanding of Agile foundations and processes. Assists in prioritization and defect identification.
    • Promotes and engages in continual enhancement of structure, processes, and tooling to empower teams to deliver greater value. Gains insight into business operations and technical terms.
    • Utilizes analytical skills to pinpoint impediment sources.

    Role Requirements

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Degree in a related field of study from an accredited university. Relevant TSYS experience can be considered in place of a degree.
    • Minimum 2 Years of Relevant Experience
    • Project management experience, preferable in an established IT project management office or as a project manager in an Information Technology department. Experience in other IT areas may be considered.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Minimum 4 Years of Relevant Experience
    • Prior Agile experience with working knowledge of Agile methodologies, tools, and techniques.
    • Certified Scrum Master and other Agile project management certifications (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP)

    • Managing Multiple Priorities - Demonstrates advanced time management skills to handle competing priorities.
