    Reeson Education is currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Behaviour Mentor to join a primary school in Clapham Junction.

    This role involves providing essential support to students with behavioural challenges, and SEN experience is crucial for success in this position.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Work closely with students with behavioural challenges, providing guidance and mentorship.
    Implement behaviour management strategies to support positive outcomes.
    Collaborate with teachers, SENCO, and parents to address individual needs.
    Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment

    Requirements:
    Previous experience as a Behaviour Mentor, particularly in a primary school setting.
    Essential experience in working with students with SEN.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to implement effective behaviour management strategies
