- Oversee all of the clubs operations, from running events, to increasing membership numbers and active gym attendance.
- Supervise the fitness floor, supporting exercise programmes and techniques, advising on training and lifestyle.
- Motivate members, understanding their individual needs to help them achieve their goals.
- Deliver excellent customer service through everything from personal training to processing payments.
- Ensure you maintain clinical standards while delivering any health checks or blood pressure checks.
- Manage our corporate client accounts, attending meetings, strengthening relationships and ensuring their needs are met on a day-to-day basis. Helping you feel good.
