    As an Associate Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing innovative audience campaigns. You'll need to love coming up with creative ideas to engage prospective customers and using data to create successful, insight-led digital campaigns. You will enjoy collaborating with content teams and your marketing peers to create compelling messaging and eye-catching design across all channels.

    Job Description

    In this role you will:

    • Come up with top of funnel tactics and content ideas to attract new audience prospects to engage with our brands
    • Identify target audience prospects for products across our London Tech Weekportfolio
    • Develop, in consultation with stakeholders, integrated audience marketing campaign strategies and activity plans that use channels effectively for different personas, and that will achieve commercial objectives
    • Drive prospects to our event websites and through the buying cycle from awareness to ticket purchase as well as free visitor sign ups
    • Measure and report on campaign performance to key internal and external stakeholders, highlighting revenue risks, opportunities and changing landscapes
    • Work as part of a cross-functional team to deliver successful in-person events
    • Foster a test-and-learn mindset, constantly analysing and optimising campaigns
    • Work with sponsors to ensurethat all of their deliverables are executed in a timely fashion
    Qualifications

    What you'll need...

    • Ability to quickly identify key insights which can be used to help the brand and business evolve
    • Marketing experience across search, display, social and email channels
    • Excellent campaign management experience
    • Experience of using relevant, engaging content to attract and nurture prospects through the buyer journey
    • A customer-first mindset – and an interest in the tech sector
    • Ability to build and maintain fruitful relationships, both internally and externally
    • Strong collaboration and communication skills; written, verbal, presentation.
    • Evidence of working in a matrix organisation
