    Expro are currently recruiting for a Facilities Coordinator - Altens to join the Facilities team based in Aberdeen.

    Overall Purpose of the Job

    Coordinate the smooth running of all buildings / sites and develop continual working environment improvement strategy to the benefit of all building occupants

    Key Activities and Accountabilities

  • Oversee and coordinate essential services such as, site security, fire management, facilities repair and maintenance, cleaning, pest control, waste disposal and recycling.
  • Coordinate the rectification of defects and faults, ensure full compliance with control of contractors HSE procedures.
  • Action facilities requests and conduct general maintenance / repair of building facilities as and when required.
  • Administer buildings and facilities service contracts.
  • Liaise with sub contracted service providers to perform repairs and maintenance as required.
  • Assist in with office space planning, provision of appropriate furniture and coordination of office moves.
  • Assist in the development of efficient and cost effective management of energy consumption.
  • Oversee inspections of work / services provided by all sub contractors and ensure high standard is set and maintained.
  • Create and issue staff security cards.
  • Project manage fit outs, office moves and office space planning.
  • Coordinate and control of facilities records as per inhouse and QHSE management systems.
  • Assist with the Implementation and promotion of energy saving initiatives.
  • Assist with tendering / evaluation process for facilities services contracts.
  • Uphold and promote the Company's core values, core behaviours and house rules.
  • To isolate and report any hazardous defects in plant, equipment and workplace, or shortcomings in the existing controls, to Base Manager

    • Job Knowledge and Qualifications

  • Previous and relevant facilities experience
  • Good knowledge of current building and associated HSE regulations
  • High level of safety awareness and ability of manage / minimise risk effectively
  • Good general technical knowledge relating to all aspects of buildings maintenance
