    Description

    Our innovative recruitment agency is currently partnering with an independent chartered broker that has excelled in the industry for more than four decades.

    We are seeking a Commercial Account Executive with 2-4 years of hands-on experience. This challenging position reports to the Commercial Manager and focuses on exceptional client service, renewals, claims assistance, and expanding your client base through warm leads. The role is based in Bristol.

    This pivotal client service position entails:

    • Conducting telephone fact-finding and preparing insurance submissions.
    • Attending client meetings for complex cases, as needed, and managing client portfolios.
    • Identifying insurable risks, offering suitable solutions, and maintaining a pipeline of potential clients.
    • Negotiating with underwriters, ensuring client needs are met.
    • Reviewing policy documents for accuracy before delivery.
    • Assisting clients with claims and managing premium collections.
    • Renewing client accounts, upselling, and cross-selling.
    • Cultivating a pipeline of prospective clients to meet sales targets.
    • Participating in networking events and trade shows as required.

    Core competencies include:

    • Proven experience in commercial insurance products.
    • Familiarity with MS Office and Adobe.
    • Strong negotiation skills and a customer-centric approach.
    • Effective listening skills and curiosity.
