    About the Role

    As a Contract Lead, your primary responsibility is to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of the group's legislative compliance works.

    The Contract Lead (Specialist) for Aids and Adaptations oversees contractor management and delivery of a high-quality service in line with contracts and Group standards. You will be in charge of organizing, scheduling, supervising, and ensuring the safety, technical standards, and quality of the works conducted in these areas. It is also vital to enforce Group policies, manage risks, and maintain compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

    Your Profile

    • Proven experience in delivering customer-focused services and driving continuous improvement
    • Extensive experience in coordinating works for residential and commercial properties
    • Strong background in team supervision, ensuring service delivery, managing change, and developing individuals
    • Ability to prioritize effectively to meet targets, costs, and deadlines
    • Educational background with HNC level or equivalent, professional qualifications in a relevant field, or a demonstration of relevant experience. Must possess or be willing to work towards qualifications and showcase knowledge of mechanical processes, water management, fire safety measures, and related works to ensure regulatory compliance
