    Special Education Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistants
    Empowering Learning are working in partnership with a Special Educational Needs Setting in Burton on Trent to assist with their recruitment for Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistants

    Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children with diverse learning needs? Are you seeking a full time position Mon- Thurs: 8.15 am- 4.

    15 pm, Friday 8:15am - 3:00pm?

    This position is a 12 week temporary to permanent position offering a starting daily rate of £95 per day and a salary between £18, £20,377.97 after 12 weeks.

    Duration: 12-week Temporary to Permanent PositionResponsibilities:
    Support children with autism, speech and language disorders, moderate to severe learning difficulties, and associated behavioural challenges.
    Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
    Collaborate with the teaching team to implement individualised education plans

    Requirements:
    Previous experience working with children with special educational needs.
    Enhanced Child and Adult DBS clearance.
    Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting children's development
