    As the Communication and Campaign Manager you'll be responsible for ensuring all communications that go to stores are timely, accurate and can be understood and actioned by stores in the simplest way.

    The Central Operations Team are at the heart of our business with a mantra of making life 'Simpler and Better' for stores, which is one of our key guiding principles that lives and breathes through everything we do.     What you'll be doing

    Key elements of the role include:

    • Being responsible for all store communications end to end including the communications calendar
    • Looking at ways we can improve our communications platform, working closely with our external provider to seek development opportunities.
    • Keeping our internal comms platform up to date and relevant
    • Daily and weekly tactical communication
    • Weekly and Monthly Store Bulletins
    • Writing Campaign and Sale communication packs, collaborating with stakeholders from across functions in the Store Support Centre
    • Managing the Campaign timeline
    • Publishing Campaign and Sale guidance at the right time to help stores with planning
    • Ensuring the accuracy of content including space, POS, merchandising etc

    What we'll look for in you

    • Able to work at pace and manage multiple workstreams at once.
    • Attention to detail with excellent literacy skills.
    • High level of experience using PowerPoint with a good knowledge of Excel also.
    • Able to work to and always meet committed deadlines.
    • An effective communicator, able to connect effectively across all levels within an organisation and manage relationships at a senior level.
    • Constantly seeking opportunities to improve.
    • At ease taking ownership of your work. Humble and open to feedback when needed.
