    Job Summary

    An opportunity has opened up within the All Age Continuing Care (AACC) team in the Midlands Nursing Directorate. The AACC team oversees the Independent Review process for the Midlands region.

    The AACC Officer plays a crucial role in conducting independent reviews, supporting panels, and managing case reviews.

    Main Duties of the Job

    • Manage inquiries related to cases and coordinate Independent Review Panels
    • Attend and record detailed meeting notes at review panels
    • Demonstrate excellent typing/word processing, IT, and communication skills
    • Coordinate with various stakeholders internally and externally
    • Support virtual and face-to-face panels

      Job Description

      Job Responsibilities

      • Manage case inquiries
      • Handle sensitive information and communicate effectively on contentious issues
      • Coordinate Independent Review Panels effectively
      • Liaise with various stakeholders and maintain administrative systems
      • Attend panels, take detailed notes, and provide timely reports
      • Travel across the Midlands region for panel meetings
