    Job Summary

    Are you a skilled administrative professional with experience in office tasks and IT? We are looking for someone to play a vital role in supporting Royal Papworth Hospital by ensuring compliance and high-quality patient care.

    You will join a dedicated team, assisting the Head of Clinical Quality Improvement with various tasks to enhance project efficiency. Working closely with the Quality Compliance Officer, you will contribute to the review of regulations and implementation of improvement actions.

    Applicants should have strong organizational skills, teamwork abilities, attention to detail, and a drive for continuous improvement. This role requires initiative, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to manage a dynamic workload efficiently.     Located at Royal Papworth Hospital, this part-time position offers flexibility in working hours.

    Main Duties of the Job

    Qualifications

    Essential

    • NVQ III in Business Administration or equivalent
    • GCSE English and Mathematics Grade C or above
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
    • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

    Desirable

    • Knowledge of NHS processes
    • Experience in assurance or governance within the NHS
    • Familiarity with CQC regulations
