    Are you acclimated to working in a busy kitchen? Do you have a desire to work in a team? We have a role suited to your skills, read on for further information.


    Lynn Recruitment is working with a contemporary restaurant located in beautiful and idyllic Scarva currently seeking to add a Chef de Partie to their skilled culinary team.

    *Your Duties:

    • To manage running a section on a day to day basis and maintaining their section within the kitchen.
    • Highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, in compliance with all relevant legislation and completion of cleaning schedules as requested
    • Smooth running of food production preparing, cooking and presenting of food products within required time schedules
    • Ensure that all food items are prepared, cooked and presented as outlined in the menu specifications.
    *Your Profile:

    • Demonstrated proficiency in culinary techniques, including food preparation, cooking, and plating, with a strong understanding of flavour profiles and food presentation.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Maintaining high standards of personal hygiene and appearance.
    • A positive 'can -do' attitude.
    • High level of attention to detail
    • Enjoy working as part of a team, be able to multi-task.
    *Additional Information:

    • Scarva Location.
    • Full Time, Permanent.
    • Flexible work pattern, 45 hours per week.
    * £25,000 per year.
