    Description

    Feedback Officer position available in Haringey with a pay rate of £17.54 per hour on PAYE basis.

    Responsibilities:

    • Administrate customer & stakeholder feedback scheme including complaints, compliments, suggestions, and enquiries.
    • Manage Freedom of Information, Data Protection, and Information Management schemes to meet service levels and legal requirements.
    • Investigate, resolve, and respond to customer & stakeholder feedback and enquiries.
    • Assist in analyzing performance data to enhance service delivery.

    This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
