Customer Service Officer – Damp and Mould Repairs

▪ Being the first point of contact and escalation for queries and 
complaints
▪ Dealing with complaints from customers and ensuring issues are 
resolved satisfactorily with clear and written letters or reports to 
provide accurate audit trails of the complaints.
▪ Ensuring customer contact is achieved within set timescales, 
including, taking telephone calls, and responding to emails.
▪ Dealing with day-to-day repair enquiries received and liaising with 
contractors to ensure a timely resolution of issues.
▪ Providing administration backup for the maintenance surveyors 
and repairs manager.
▪ Liaising with other departments, staffs, and outside agencies as 
appropriate
▪ Focusing on continuous improvement using customer feedback 
and to assist with moving towards digital working.
▪ Working in accordance with GDPR policy and attending trainings 
on data protection.
▪ Actively contributing towards the team’s key performance 
indicators and professional standards.
▪ Great decision making, planning and prioritisation skills.
▪ Software used: CRM, MSD, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Northgate, Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
