Description
Job Description We are delighted to be exclusively partnering with our client, a growing and ambitious property company. The business is currently six people with expertise in development, asset and project management.Currently they look after a mixed use portfolio on behalf of a HNWI, they have their own development pipeline and they are also looking at growing their development and project management consultancy offering.
Due to their ongoing growth plans they are looking to recruit a recently qualified MRICS Development and Asset Manager.
This is varied role and this individual will gain experience across a wide range of asset classes including; commercial, industrial and high end residential.
Development management or development consultancy experience across a range of geographies and asset classes, but with experience of projects in London.
Strong experience of preparing development appraisals and robustly sourcing, reviewing and challenging inputs.Interest and contemporary understanding of residential, commercial and industrial property markets in the UK
Ability to think creatively and problem solve to make agile, well considered decisions.
Excellent report writing skills with an ability to articulate complex information to a non-property audience (verbal and written)
Excellent skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
