    Renowned for its iconic creative management simulation games, Frontier captivates players worldwide with immersive and authentic game worlds. The modern studio is located in the vibrant technology hub of Cambridge (UK). We have a fantastic opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team.

    You'll hire across our studios in Cambridge (UK) and Complex Games in Winnipeg (Canada), predominantly focusing on game development roles.

    Using your knowledge and experience of games recruitment, you'll deliver first-class processes for both internal stakeholders and candidates. You'll also support and own other talent acquisition projects and initiatives.

    Where appropriate, working with the recruitment agencies best equipped to help identify talent, particularly for hard to fill roles.

    Help organise and attend recruitment and industry events to promote Frontier, network with peers and identify potential candidates.
    Supporting and/or lead on a range of talent acquisition projects.

    Proposing and implementing new ideas and ways of working to improve efficiency and effectiveness of talent acquisition and on-boarding processes.

    Continuously developing your industry network and relationships to build future talent pipelines.
    Experienced video games recruiter, ideally with experience hiring for a breadth of development disciplines.
    Confident attending events (virtual and IRL) and representing Frontier.

    BONUS IF YOU HAVE
    Experience creating and posting content and measuring engagement for social media channels.
