    Description

    Welcome to Moneybox - Finance & Strategy Analyst position

    We are in search of a highly driven and analytical individual to be a part of our team as a Finance & Strategy Analyst. In this role, you'll be instrumental in financial and strategic planning, analysis, and decision-making within the organization. We need someone who can see the bigger picture, isn't afraid to dig into the specifics and numbers, and possesses a strong grasp of P&L modeling. Experience with SQL is a plus.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the team to assist business leaders in making informed strategic decisions by providing them with data and insights into financial trade-offs
    • Create, update, and manage financial models, budgets, and forecasts
    • Develop business reporting metrics and dashboards
    • Analyze financial and operational drivers to shape our short and long-term strategic plans
    • Automate reporting processes and derive insights using SQL
    • Study market trends, competition, and industry benchmarks to identify market opportunities

    Skills and Experiences

    • A degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, Math, Statistics, Economics, Accounting, or a similar quantitative field
    • 1-2 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or finance at a high-growth company (preferred but not mandatory)
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on modeling
    • Capability to work independently
    • Passion and curiosity for research and data-driven problem-solving
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    • Experience with SQL is a plus

    Working Policy:

    Our work policy involves 2 days in our London office and 3 days remotely. Candidates applying for hybrid or remote roles must be located within the UK.
