    Head of Product Marketing - Accountants & Bookkeepers

    Job Description

    As a Product Marketeer, do you have a passion for taking the complex and making it simple? Do you enjoy executing strategies with high business impact? Do you thrive interacting closely with GTM teams to transform the way we operate?

    As our Head of Product Marketing Manager - Accountants & Bookkeepers you'll drive businesses growth by leading the creation of our winning propositions for this critical audience.

    Using strategic thinking and analysis to create clear cut-through product messaging and positioning, growth plans, launch and go-to-market programs.

    You'll provide vision and leadership to bring together all the required functions to drive go to market and commercial success.



    Location:
    Newcastle, London or Manchester, UK - Hybrid; 2 days per week for in-person collaboration.

    Also open to other Sage hub locations:
    Atlanta, Paris, Madrid.

    Key Responsibilities

    What you'll be responsible for:

    • Create, define and articulate a compelling vision and strategy for our Accountant and Bookkeeper audience and deliver effective commercial strategies overseeing the rollout of launches and gotomarket plans.
    • Define the positioning, gotomarket messaging and plans, pricing, tiering, naming and strategies
    • Lead and develop a high performing team of product marketing professionals. Build a culture of engagement, inclusivity, and wellbeing. Enable colleague success.

    Your skills and experience:

    • Proven experience in an endtoend product marketing role, including creating and delivering growth strategy and plans, proposition development, and GTM transformation and execution (Saas).
    • Experience of launching technology products in the cloud, to disrupt markets through innovative ideas balanced with market research against a strategic plan.
    • Strong people leadership skills and stakeholder management across a matrix organisation.
