    Behaviour Support RoleStart Date:
    Immediate/September 2024 Start DateDetails: Alternative ProvisionAlternative Provision based in Westminster looking for an SEMH TAFull-time, Monday - Friday, 8:30 am till 3:30 pm£425 - £520/week - paid weekly through PAYE (no traditional agency cuts)

    This primary school holds a successful conversion rate of SEMH TAs to Psychologists (e.g.

    Clinical, Educational etc)1:
    1 &/or group support of students with social, emotional & mental health needs (e.g. anxiety, depression, ADHD, eating disorders, learning difficulties etc)

    Supporting students with their development as well as fine motor skillsLiaising with Educational Psychologists, SENCOs, Therapists & SLTsRegular mentorship to ensure you are on track to achieving career goalsThe Ideal Candidate:

    SEMH TAAspiring Clinical Psychologist (or individuals looking to get into Developmental, Educational e.g.)Open to individuals based in neighbouring boroughs (e.g.

    Islington, Haringey, Westminster, Brent)Academic Individual
    • Psychology related undergraduate degree or master's degreeHolds prior experience working with students or vulnerable individuals (SEN/SEMH)Empathetic & ambitious individual with a willingness to learnSkills required

    All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
