- Manage relationships with our co-brand partners daily, ensuring performance targets are met, contractual obligations are fulfilled, and operational excellence is delivered
- Support the development and expansion of our co-brand market strategy through assessment and leveraging of market trends and insights, evaluation of commercial opportunities, and providing ROI-led recommendations
- Develop and refine business models with Finance to aid in business case development and portfolio growth
- Create and execute innovative project roadmaps with various internal teams (such as Technology, Finance) and our co-brand partners to enhance our co-brand value proposition and profitability
- Lead the technical creation and implementation of acquisition and engagement offers along with new channel development (like booking path) in collaboration with Technology and our co-brand partners
- Oversee annual KPI planning, offering strategic leadership and support to one analyst in the team for the delivery of monthly and quarterly performance reporting
- Stay updated on the competitive landscape to evaluate areas of risk and opportunity against our yearly business goals
- Excellent communicator, capable of expressing complex ideas, results, and opportunities clearly and concisely (both verbally and in writing)
- Experience in building business models, forecasting, and owning KPIs to support business case development
- Ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams and external partners
- Experience in gathering, analyzing, and utilizing customer data to derive insights for decision-making
- Self-starter with integrity, a positive attitude, and a keenness to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Outside-the-box thinker enthusiastic about developing and testing new ideas
- Prior experience in partnerships or in a product, finance, or operations capacity at a global organization
- Fluency in English
- BA/BS Bachelor's Degree and/or MA/MS Master's Degree
- Experience in supporting business case development and forecasting
- Understanding of credit card value proposition development to engage customers
- Understanding of working closely with Technology teams to secure prioritization and resources
