    Description
    Regularly test fire alarms, be familiar with the evacuation procedure for the premises and carry out evacuation drills
    Liaise with external contractors and monitor their work ensuring it is carried out promptly.
    Minimum grade 4 or C in English and Maths GCSE
    Ability to relate well to children and adults
    Awareness of health and hygiene procedures
    able to build positive relationship with staff and students
    COSGHH or NEBOSH qualification
    Carpentry, plumbing, Electrical qualification or experience
