    Description

    The company has a strong global presence and oversees debt and equity portfolios in various industries. The main responsibilities of this role are:

    • Provide credit risk services, including monitoring and making recommendations for a portfolio of positions in a timely manner.
    • Collaborate with teams to support portfolio surveillance and reporting on transactions and new business initiatives.
    • Monitor individual portfolio transactions, conduct market/sector research, and inform management and clients of any significant developments.
    • Analyze key risks such as financial, operational, regulatory, and market risks on a regular basis.
    • Prepare internal credit papers and ensure a smooth credit process.
    • Manage workflows proactively and independently.
    • Update cash flow models to assess performance and risks.
    • Prepare internal ratings and client reports, discussing trends, progress, and potential exit strategies.
    • Evaluate drawdown requests and transaction-related reports.
    • Track covenants timely and accurately.

    The Ideal Candidate

    • Previous experience in credit/risk/asset management with a focus on infrastructure and energy project finance.
    • Understanding of project and corporate finance, credit risk drivers, and industry-specific risks.
    • Strong analytical and technical skills with the ability to interpret complex loan documentation.
    • Comfortable in client-facing roles and presenting recommendations confidently.
    • Skilled in articulating decisions, negotiating, and implementing strategies.
    • Organized with attention to detail, capable of producing insightful decision papers.
    • Team player with experience in multicultural environments and quick adaptability to changes.
    • Ability to work independently and meet client deadlines.
    • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
